• Repairs of all types, most brands serviced. Parts Agreements with Amaco, Evenheat, L&L, Olympic, and Skutt. Service for kilns of all ages, including manual and “Kiln Sitter” kilns

• Work performed by retired electrical engineer with 20 years kiln experience

• Standard service labor rate is $100 per hour on site with a one hour minimum. One hour is usually sufficient to diagnose problems and correct minor issues

• Travel outside the local area will be invoiced at $50 per hour spent in transit. Travel charges will apply beyond 20 miles drive time from home and include estimated drive time portal to portal

• Parts will typically be invoiced at list price from the supplier/manufacture

Kiln Upgrades and Improvements

Sometimes kilns need upgrades, changes or improvements. Perhaps you have relocated and have different power available, or perhaps you are tired of the manual kiln sitter you currently have.

Some examples that I can help you with:

• Upgrade controls from manual/kiln sitter to current state-of-the-art controls

• Convert kiln from 3 phase to single phase (or single phase to 3 phase)

• Convert kiln from 240 volt to 208 volt (or 208 volt to 240 volt)

• Repair/Replace damaged kiln bricks
